About this Website
Being a WWII aircraft aficionado, the day I saw wwiiaircraftperformance.org going offline, i was surprised and saddened that such a great database about ww2 aircrafts went extinct.
Some time ago, I made a copy of the original wwiiaircraftperformance.org using HTTrack, just as a personal backup in case I needed information when my connection was gone.
Sadly, all the old spitfireperformance parts were missing, so I started to rebuild it from scratch using the web archive.
Then came to the idea to share with all WW2 enthousiasts the treasure trove I had in my hands.
From a legal point of view, it's maybe not the best idea, but I couldn't get in contact with Mike Willians for his approval and I couldn't let this database disappear, sorry Mr Williams, but your baby can't die yet.
Consider this page as temporary, hoping the original page comes back online asap.
If one day, the original page comes back online, I will redirect to the original wwiiaircraftperformance.org
